Armando Montelongo has new episodes of Flip This House…

I figured after all the turmoil, the lawsuits, the people losing their behinds on real estate lately, that A&E would at least put their show “Flip This House” on temporary sabbatical…

BUT, NO… I turn on the tv this past weekend, and there is Armando Montelongo and his wife on a new episode of Flip This House… flipping houses the Armando way…

good for him… I wonder if he can explain this set of Foreclosure and Court activity that I found from www.FlipThisLawSuit.com

It is definitely an interesting read… it looks to me like the “most agressive real estate business” (Armando Montelongo) is having some problems…

    This housing market is still in shambles. I am in the financial services industry for a global bank and I admit, we take on a lot of the blame for underwriting loans to people who should have not been granted credit. BUT…We are not completely to blame. There are many people who were stupid enough to think that this housing boom would go on forever. I am personally looking for a new home, as are two other friends of mine. We had a long discussion, and came to the conclusion that “House Flippers” are too causing a problem. They keep bidding on these homes in which people are trying to purchase as their primary residence. We actually grabbed the attention of a few people at tables near to us and we’ve come to the conclusion…. Until we get these flippers out of the market or make them go bankrupt, this market will never be completely flushed out. We all now do research with the Auditor’s site to see who purchased the property and when. Flippers are easy to figure out…If it is someone who is trying to flip the home, we won’t bid on it and will advise others not to as well. Believe it or not…We have a couple of realtors who have agreed to tell any potential buyers that they are “Flipped” homes. Hopefully credit will get so tight, that people won’t be able to buy these homes and end the era of the “Flipper.”
